• No person is allowed outside of the dormitory after 10:00 p.m. Lights out by 10:00 p.m.  All students are expected to rise by 5:00 a.m.
  • No student is allowed in the dormitory of the opposite sex at any time.
  • The dormitory areas must be clean, in order and ready for inspection at all times.
  • Visitors are not to be in the dormitories unless accompanied by an enrolled student. No visitors are allowed to spend the night at the school without the express permission of the Principal or Compound Supervisor. 
  • Staff members are to be obeyed without delay or challenging of their authority. If a student has a grievance, he/she is free to bring it to the Principal.  Students should never show disrespect to any member of the staff or to their classmates.  Students are expected to cooperate with prefects.
  • Female students are not permitted to be in the men’s kitchen, although they are free to be in the dining area. There must be a third party present if male and female students are together in any room of the school.  Male and female students are not permitted to walk together without a THIRD PARTY PRESENT. No students are allowed behind the storage container or any other “hidden” areas unless they have an assigned job that requires them to be there.
  • Food is to be eaten in the assigned eating area only. No food is to be kept in the dormitory areas.  Students are responsible for cleaning the kitchen and eating area upon completion of their meal.
  • Students are not to remove any furnishings from the classrooms or dormitory rooms unless directed by the staff.
  • The ENGLISH LANGUAGE is the official language of Nigeria and should be used at all times on the MTC compound. VERNACULAR is NOT to be used at any time.  Students should also remind their visitors that English is the spoken language at MTC.
  • Students must report all absences to the Principal before the beginning of classes.Students are not allowed to wear any jewelry with the exception of a wedding band if they are married.
  • Female students are not allowed to cut their hair or wear make-up.All students are required to dress modestly. No sleeveless shirts or blouses are allowed.  Dress and skirt length must be below the knee.  Skirts that have slits that go above the knee are not allowed.  Male students are required to wear a tie to class or appropriate Native attire.
  • The school authority strongly discourages students from lending money to one another. If a student has a legitimate need they are to see the Principal.
  • No student is allowed to dent or hang anything on the wall(s).
  • Do NOT touch the walls.All student cell phones should be switched off between 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
  • Off campus students are required to be at devotions by 7:30 a.m.

Below are the student rules for Lagos Campus. Please read and ask questions for clarification.

2. All students, staff and visitors are expected to sign the logbook with security.
3. Students are expected to rise at 6 am and complete all chores assigned to them.
4. No student is allowed in the dormitory of the opposite sex at any time.
5. The dormitory areas must be clean and ready for inspection at all times.
6. Visitors are not to be in the dormitories unless accompanied by an enrolled student. No visitors are allowed to spend the night at the school without the express permission of the Principal.

     g. No jean trousers or t-shirts.
     h. Dress like you are going to church!
17. The school authority strongly discourages students from lending money to one another. If a student has a legitimate need they are to see the Principal.
18. No student should dent or hang anything on the wall(s). Do not touch the walls. If you dirty the walls please clean them.
19. Respect student prefects and rules set in every area of the campus (ex. kitchen, dorms compound).
20. All student cell phones should be switched off between 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. No texting during classes.
21. All boarding students are required to attend prayer/devotions. Off campus students should attend at least one devotional/prayer time per school day. (Exceptions allowed if approved by Administration.)
22. Boarding students must receive permission from MTC Administration in order to leave the campus and sign the logbook.
23. Keep this campus free of rubbish. Place rubbish in rubbish cans.
24. No television or watching movies on your electronic devices on this campus.
25. Students are expected to attend all church services unless prior permission is granted by the principle.
